Business Services

Fiscal Services include:

  • Grant Management - Cost is determined by the allowable fiscal fee.

    • Early Childhood Education

    • Head Start

    • State Support Team

  • Contract Management - Cost is incorporated into the District Service Agreement fiscal fee.

Human Resources Services include:

  • Background Checks and Fingerprinting - Cost is $35 for BCI; $35 for FBI; $70 for both.

    • 2 Locations: Athens-Meigs ESC, 21 Birge Drive, Chauncy, OH 45719 and Meigs Early Learning Center, 31905 Bradbury Road, Middleport, OH 45760

    • Appointments and walk-ins welcome.  However, appointments are preferred to minimize wait time and ensure staff availability.

    • Cash, Check, and Credit Card accepted.  There is a convenience fee assessed with payment made by credit card.

  • Employment and Consultation - Cost is incorporated into the District Service Agreement fiscal fee.

    • Licensure Support - No cost to districts.

  • Paraprofessional Assessment - Cost is $75.

    • Cash, Check, and Credit Card accepted.  There is a convenience fee assessed with payment made by credit card.

School Bus & Van Driver Certification Services include:

  • Certificates per ORC 3327.10 - Cost is incorporated into the District Service Agreement fiscal fee.
