Artificial Intelligence in Education

This workshop will introduce participants to Artificial Intelligence, encompassing its general use, integration in the classroom, and overall ethics of use. This session will include ChatGPT and other relevant AI tools for education.

Steve Wheeler Earns Veteran School Board Member Recognition

Rex Robinson, a Board Member at the Athens-Meigs ESC, received the Ohio School Boards Association's Veteran Board Member Award at the ESC's board meeting on Wednesday, May 22, 2019.  Mr. Robinson was recognized for his 50 years of service on school boards in Ohio.  Of the current 3,490 public school board members in Ohio, only four have reached 50 or more years of serving on a school board.

The Veteran Board member Award is given to school board members in recognition of 25 and 50 years of service.

In its 64th year, the Ohio School Boards Association leads the way to educational excellence by serving Ohio's public school board members and the diverse districts they represent through superior service, unwavering advocacy and creative solutions.
