The Tuppers Plains center is located in the Eastern Local Administrative Offices Building (former Tuppers Plains Elementary) in Tuppers Plains, OH. 

During the school year, the center is open on Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M.
